Zoning in Pocahontas Village
Our neighbors on Euclid Rd in Pocahontas Village have concerns for rezoning and variances for a 7700+/- sf lot that the applicant would like to build not 1, not 2 but 3, count'em 3 , connected townhome style products that are 3 stories high each.  Not only is this blatantly out of character with the existing homes in the neighborhood but it sends a chilling precedent for developers and wanna be developers to come in, buy homes in the neighborhood and demolish them for density.  You have seen what they have done in Thalia between Gum and S. Budding?  And since Aragona Village and Pembroke Manor are in that SGA Town Center fever dream plan along with Pocahontas Village, you can be sure WE ARE NEXT!
